Wholesale vape orders are business-to-business orders. Claims must be reported quickly with photos, carton labels and order details.
- Report damaged or missing items within 48 hours of delivery.
- Opened, used or locally non-compliant items cannot be returned.
- Approved claims may be handled by replacement, credit or refund depending on case and supplier policy.
- Shipping and customs costs are non-refundable unless agreed in writing.
